PRIVACY POLICY

The Tattooed Trainer (operated by Rob Hamilton) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or our services, you agree to the practices described here. This policy applies to visitors and clients located in the United States.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, and phone number when you fill out a contact or consultation form, your responses when you complete our Client MAP Assessment, and payment and billing details processed securely through Wix Payments when you purchase a training plan or other service. We also collect basic technical information, like browser type and device information, through the standard tools built into our Wix website.

We use this information to respond to your questions, schedule consultations, deliver the plans, assessments, and tools you purchase, process payments, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We only share information with the service providers that help us run this business, such as Wix (for hosting and payment processing) and the email service we use to deliver assessment reports and plans, and only to the extent they need it to do that job.

This site uses cookies that are essential to its operation, like those required for browsing and checkout. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal and tax obligations. You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, and we will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services or applicable laws change. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
